La La have been working with Haskapa for 7 months.  Our original engagement was for a limited 4 month period, but we were so happy with their efforts that we extended it. Their general approach is energetic, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and timely.  They respond rapidly to all comms.  They report weekly about performance, never hiding from any bad news, but mostly making a valuable contribution to the growth of our still very small brand.  They work with our limited budget, probably doing more than we actually pay for.  Abbie is seemingly tireless in her efforts, and the rest of the team support her to the full.  It’s difficult to find an agency that balance their own needs with that of the small client.  I think La La do that extremely well.
