Outside boardrooms, she’s rarely without leopard print and a well-documented love of gin.

A wordsmith, organiser, and hospitality pro, our account manager, Elly, is on hand to keep your projects moving. She’s our star copywriter and content creator who knows how to make ideas pop. Off the clock? Find her on Sunday’s trying out the best restaurants in London, or tucked away in a pub destroying her adversaries at Scrabble.

With a knack for strategy and a love of people, Helen is all about turning newly formed ideas into streamlined systems. Her background in business, events, and hospitality means she’s just as comfortable with spreadsheets as she is with our clients. When not building better systems for us, she is out building better world systems as a keen activist and global traveller.

Youssef brings fresh energy to the team as our Marketing Intern, supporting campaigns and content with an eye for detail and a love of data, making numbers and creativity work hand in hand. Outside the office you’ll catch him powerlifting in the gym, or out on the pitch enjoying a game of football.

Ava’s got people skills, creative flair, and a serious love for good food. With a background in hospitality, she knows how to bring the right energy to every project — and to every plate she makes.
